San Antonio, TX. – A man died after being struck by an 18 -wheeler on Friday morning in San Antonio.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, the accident happened on Interstate 35 near Division Road at around 4:30 a.m.

A man was crossing the highway when he was struck by an 18-wheeler in unclear circumstances.

Medical personnel pronounced the man dead at the scene.

It was not immediately clear whether speed or impairment was a factor in the crash.
