Vaughn was pronounced dead at the scene.

Abilene, TX. – 23-year-old Jordan Vaughn was killed in a motorcycle accident on Thursday afternoon in Abilene.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened in the 2900 block of Pine Street at Anson Avenue at around 2:14 p.m.

An SUV was southbound on Pine Street and was attempting to turn onto eastbound Anson Avenue when it collided with Vaughn who was riding a motorcycle north on Pine Street.

Vaughn was pronounced dead at the scene.

Additional information about the crash was not provided.
